Florida disclosures (credit service organization)
Florida law (Fla. Stat. 817.7001–817.706) calls companies like ours "credit service organizations." Before you sign or pay anything, we must give you a written information statement. This page shows what it says. You sign the full statement with your contract, and we keep a signed copy for 5 years.
1. Your right to see your credit file
Under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to see what Equifax, Experian and TransUnion have in your file. You can get free reports from all three at AnnualCreditReport.com. It is also free if you ask within 60 days after you are told you were denied credit because of your report (Florida's law says 30 days; federal law now gives you 60). If you are not entitled to a free copy, a credit bureau may charge you a fee. For 2026 the most it can charge is $16.00 (CFPB).
2. Your right to dispute on your own
You can dispute any item you think is wrong or incomplete directly with the credit bureau. It is free. You do not need to hire us or anyone else to do it.
3. Accurate information cannot be removed
Accurate information cannot be permanently removed from your credit file. No one can legally remove accurate, current and verifiable information. Most accurate negative items can stay 7 years, and bankruptcy up to 10 years.
4. Our services
We review your credit reports with you. We dispute items that look inaccurate, incomplete or that can't be verified, with the bureaus and the companies that report them. We follow up on each round, keep you updated and coach you on building credit. We are not a law firm, a lender or a credit bureau.
5. Total cost
A one-time fee of $149 for your report review and first round of disputes, charged only after that first round has been sent. Then $119 per month, charged only after that month's work is done. Month to month: you can stop anytime and you pay only for work already done. Your total depends on how many months you stay. Example: 6 months = $149 + (6 × $119) = $863. Your contract shows every payment.
6. Bond and trust account
Crezcamos Solutions LLC does not have a surety bond or a trust account at this time. Florida law only lets a credit service organization take money before the agreed services are fully performed if it has a $10,000 surety bond and a Florida trust account. Because we have neither, we never charge or receive money before the work we agreed to do is completed. If we ever get a bond and trust account, this statement will list the surety company (or the bank and trustee) and your right to make a claim against them.
7. Your right to cancel
Florida law lets you cancel your contract at any time before midnight of the 5th day after you sign it. Federal law gives you 3 business days. We give you the longer one. How to cancel.
